These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PhoneVault's website and applications. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use PhoneVault.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account credentials and master key. Because of our zero-knowledge design, we cannot recover a lost master key, so please keep your recovery kit safe.

3. Subscriptions & billing

• Paid plans renew automatically (monthly or annually) until cancelled.
• Free trials only convert to paid if you choose to continue.
• Cancel anytime from your account; cancellation stops future charges.

4. Refunds

Paid plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee. Contact support within 30 days of your first charge for a full refund.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use PhoneVault lawfully and not to misuse the service, including the VPN, for illegal activity or to infringe the rights of others.

6. Intellectual property

All software, branding, and content are owned by PhoneVault or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is." While we work hard to keep it secure and available, we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, PhoneVault is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

9. Changes

We may revise these Terms; continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
